Frequently asked questions
Here are some frequently asked questions about the services of a tax lawyer.
How do you manage the non-tax aspects of your cases?
As lawyers, we are able to deal with legal issues that are not strictly tax-related. Nevertheless, we prefer to focus on our added value and work with specialists in each of the areas that arise and require more detailed analysis. We then work seamlessly with these specialist lawyers and our customers to provide a comprehensive service.
How do you manage the team in charge of a given project?
We identify the most suitable profiles for each customer, initially on the basis of experience in similar subjects and fields. We tailor the level of experience of our lawyers to the technical skills required, in order to keep the cost of our service as low as possible.
How do you deal with non-legal issues (expertise, economic and financial analysis)?
We work on an as-needed basis, and if we don’t have the necessary in-house expertise, we liaise with firms of chartered accountants, appraisers, legal experts and notaries, with whom we regularly exchange views in the cases we handle together, as well as in seminars and training courses.
How do you ensure ongoing training for your teams?
We are bound by our Order’s annual training obligations. We frequently take part in specialized seminars organized by our peers (IACF, IFA in particular).
How do you operate abroad?
We support our customers around the world, working closely with our colleagues in the main economic centers. We don’t just put people in touch with each other, but often manage the local resolution of their concerns on behalf of our customers.
